Local Family Low Tide Walk - 2nd April, 10.30-12.30

This walk is for participants in our Water Cycle Outreach sessions, hosted at local schools Twin Oaks, Grinling Gibbons, and Lucas Vale. Enter the Special Event Code you have received (contact your teacher or child's teacher if you didn't get one!) below and you can book up to 4 spaces on this event.

Note - only bookings which include a valid Special Event Code for this activity will be accepted. All other bookings will be cancelled. If you did not take part in this project and don't have a voucher code, then please see our other upcoming events instead.

Join us as we pull our waders on and take a walk in Deptford Creek, learning about the environment and wildlife around us. We will explore the history of the area and wonderful animals and plants that live here. It should be a great time to visit just as things are beginning to become more active in the spring time!

The walk will last approximately 1.5hrs with 30 mins for preparation and washing up. Please arrive promptly for the start time.

This activity is suitable for ages 8+ only. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. As Deptford Creek is a risky environment we would ask that there are no more than 2 children per adult for this activity.

If you can afford to make an additional donation with your ticket purchase please do so. All funds go towards our education and conservation activities.

This activity was made possible with funding from Tideway.
