Wednesday 15th October, 15.45-17.15 

This event is for teachers and school staff interested in promoting environmental and outdoor learning in schools. We want to support schools to connect young people (and the wider school community!) with the outdoors. Join us for a free relaxing walk in Deptford Creek. 

If you are passionate about the environment and promoting environmental learning in your school please join us! If you have a leadership role for sustainability, outdoor learning, forest school, trips, or any other areas that link with learning outside the classroom this is the event for you. Or if you're a classroom teacher who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in engaging with outdoor learning then come along too! 

You can:

  • Meet like minded others from neighbouring local schools
  • Share good practice
  • Discuss outdoor learning with Creekside staff
  • Find out more about how we can support your school
  • Develop your knowledge of local ecology and history
