Join us for a guided flora walk around Sayes Court Park and discover the surprising diversity of wild plants growing in this evolving urban landscape.

Led by local botanist Nick, this relaxed walk will explore the wildflowers, weeds and resilient plant species that thrive in Deptford’s streets, green spaces and overlooked corners. Together, we’ll identify and record the plants we find while learning more about how urban environments shape local biodiversity.

Whether you’re already passionate about plants or completely new to identifying wildflowers, this is a friendly opportunity to get outdoors, slow down and connect with the nature on your doorstep.

What to expect
