Pavement Plant Walks - Saturday 4th October 2025
Saturday, 4th October, 10:30 - 12:30
The streets are where the action is. This is where a lot of species new to London first get established. Many fail, you have to be tough to survive. Others like the streets so much it becomes more or less their permanent home. The first step to spotting the new is getting to know your local wildflowers. So why not do it whilst stepping out around Deptford. Join us for walks looking at real wildflowers growing wild in one of the wildest environments in Deptford.
Whether you are an expert or a complete beginner, this will be a chance to get outdoors and explore the wildlife on your doorstep.
What to expect:
- a guided walk recording the plants we see
- help with identifying plants
