Family Easter Duck Race - Wednesday 1st April 2026
(+ bonus Crab Racing!) - Wednesday 1st April | 10:30 - 12:30
This Easter break, come down to Deptford Creek and launch your duck to victory!
What will happen
We’ll begin by wading into the river and learning about the ducks and other wild birds that live along Deptford Creek. With spring underway, we may even spot some of our local wildlife getting ready to breed.
Once we reach the start line, each duck will take part in a race to earn a place in the final. The winning duck will receive a voucher to attend future Creekside activities.
This year, we’ll also be keeping an eye out for other life in the river — and if we find some suitable competitors, we’ll round off the session with our famous Crab Racing!
