Summer Fun
In the last two weeks of July and throughout August we are offering local youth groups the chance to take part in our environmentally themed youth activity programme here at Creekside Centre in Deptford. Creekside Summer College
APT, The Creekside Education Trust and Laban, along with Trinity College of Music, are bringing together their expertise in photography, sculpture, environmental studies, dance and music to present an exciting week of creative activities that ends with a SHARING to celebrate all the work created. Details are in the attached leaflet and an application form is also available to download.

To promote and run a range of environmental play activities at Creekside Education Centre aimed at Lewisham Youth Groups and working with young people aged between 9 -19 years.
Rate of pay
£10 per hour gross.

We are pleased to welcome Kate Coss who has started volunteering at the Creekside Centre. She has produced a list of all the species in flower in February and we intend to continue this for every month from now on;

Thanks to the marvellous design work of Paul Prestidge and other helpers we now have a new leaflet a pdf version can be downloaded here.
Walks have been fully subscribed so far this year. On Sunday March 16th persistent rain raised the level of the river to such an extent that it was too dangerous to go in. We did a local walk instead down to the mouth of the Creek then taking in the famous ferns of St Nicks and wildflowers at Sue Godfrey Nature Park.
We currently have a display up at Deptford Library where we are pleased to be working with the library staff who have been extremely helpful
